- Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
3. Payment Terms
- All rates will be confirmed in advance through a written proposal or invoice.

- The client retains ownership of all original content and materials they provide.
- Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
- The freelancer retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless a confidentiality agreement prohibits it.
8. Limitation of Liability
I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services. Results from digital marketing efforts are not guaranteed due to market and platform variability.
9. Third-Party Tools
Use of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email platforms may be subject to their own terms and fees. The client is responsible for all third-party account charges unless otherwise agreed.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India ,kerala
